Take a Guided Tour When You Get Stuck
If you open a page and aren't sure what to do, Brixi can walk you through it. Every page has a built-in Help & guides launcher that runs a short, interactive tour of that page — so you can get unstuck without leaving your work or contacting support first.

Where to Find It
The Help & guides button is the round floating button in the bottom-right corner of every page. Selecting it opens a small panel titled "Learn what you can do on this page."
Take a Page Tour
- Open the page you're stuck on — the Dashboard, Contacts, Deals, a report, or any other screen.
- Select the Help & guides button in the bottom-right corner.
- In the panel, select the tour card for that page — for example Tour the Dashboard. The card shows how long it takes (for example, 7 steps · about a 1-minute walkthrough).
- Step through with Next. Each step shows Step X of N, a short title and explanation, and points to the part of the page it's describing.
- Select Skip or the × to leave the tour at any time.
You can re-run a tour as many times as you like. Re-open Help & guides and start the tour again whenever you need a refresher.
Tours Are Per Page
Each tour is specific to the page you're on. If you need help with Contacts, open Help & guides while you're on the Contacts page; if you're lost on a report, open it there. The panel always offers the tour for your current screen.
So the quickest way to get unstuck is: go to the page that's confusing you, open Help & guides, and take that page's tour.
Common Issues

Take the page tour first — it answers most "what do I do here?" questions. If a tour points to a button you don't have, that's almost always a permission, so ask your admin rather than support.
Contact Brixi support if the Help & guides launcher itself is broken — it won't open, or a tour highlights the wrong parts of the page. Mention which page you were on and which tour you ran.
