Appointments
Everything around getting a customer in front of a property lives here. Schedule the visit, keep every upcoming and past visit on track, and capture how it went once it's done — so the next follow-up is informed by what the customer actually thought.

What You Can Do Here
| Your goal | Article |
|---|---|
| Set up a customer visit to a property | Schedule a Site Visit |
| See and update every visit in one list | Track and Manage Property Visits |
| Capture how the visit went | Collect Property Visit Feedback |
How It Fits Together
- Schedule a visit — pick the property, host, organizer, date, and time.
- Track it as plans change — confirm, reschedule, or cancel, and mark it complete once it's done.
- Collect feedback after the visit — the customer rates the host and each property they saw, and tells you how interested they are.
- Follow up with the customer using what the feedback tells you.
Before You Start
- A visit needs a property or project to show and a host to run it, so make sure your inventory and field team are set up.
- Who can create, reschedule, cancel, or complete visits depends on appointment permissions — ask your admin if the actions are hidden.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| A visit cannot be scheduled | Confirm the contact, property or project, host, organizer, date, and time are available. |
| A visit is missing from the list | Check owner, date range, status filter, and whether it was rescheduled or canceled. |
| Feedback is not available | Confirm the visit is completed and the feedback link or form is enabled for your workspace. |
| A field user cannot update visit status | Review mobile access, appointment permissions, location requirements, and team visibility. |
If you can't see Property Visits, or the schedule, reschedule, and cancel actions are missing, ask your admin first — those depend on your appointment permissions and team visibility, and your admin can fix both in a minute.
Contact Brixi support if visits save but then disappear from the list, or feedback never arrives on a completed visit even though the form is enabled. Include the visit date, the contact, and what you expected to see.
