Track and Manage Property Visits

Coordinate customer visits without losing the details. Property Visits keeps every upcoming and past visit in one list — matched to the right property, host, organizer, date, and time — so you can see what's coming up, confirm or reschedule as plans change, and mark each one complete once it's done.

Who can do this?

Sales agents can review visits they have access to. Creating, updating, completing, rescheduling, or cancelling property visits depends on appointment permissions.

View property visits

  1. Open Property Visits.
  2. Choose All, Today, Upcoming, or Completed.
  3. Use Select date range to focus on a specific period.
  4. Review each visit card for customer, phone number, visit date, property, host, organizer, and status.

Add a property visit

  1. Open Property Visits.
  2. Click + Add Property Visit.
  3. Enter the customer, property, host, organizer, date, time, and other required visit details.
  4. Save the visit.
  5. Confirm the visit appears in the correct filter.

Update a visit status

  1. Open a property visit card.
  2. Use the action menu on the card.
  3. Choose Confirm, Reschedule, Cancel, or Complete when available.
  4. For rescheduling or cancellation, select a reason.
  5. Add an optional note.
  6. Confirm the action.

What you should see

Visit cards show the title, time, status, customer details, property details, host, organizer, and property image when available. Statuses can include Scheduled, Confirmed, Rescheduled, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled.

Common issues

  • Add Property Visit is not visible: Your role may not have permission to create appointments.
  • Action menu is missing: Completed and cancelled visits cannot be updated from the same menu.
  • Reschedule does not save: Confirm you selected a reason, date, time, and timezone.
  • Visit is missing: Check the active filter, date range, and pagination.

Troubleshooting

If + Add Property Visit or the action menu is missing, that's appointment permissions — ask your admin before reporting it.

Contact Brixi support if visits can't be created at all, status changes fail repeatedly, or customer and property details on a card stay wrong after a refresh. Include the visit date and the customer's name.
