Getting Started

The fastest way into Brixi is to start with the job in front of you — working your first leads, setting up a workspace, or learning the CRM. Brixi covers sales, call-center work, operations, field work, automation, and reporting, so pick the path below that matches your role rather than reading everything.

If You Are a Sales User

Start with the sales-user guide. It's written as a day-one path: sign in, review your profile, find your assigned work, update customers, create follow-ups, move deals forward, use the mobile app, and read the reports available to you.

When to Contact Your Admin

In your first week, almost everything that looks broken is actually a permission. If you can't see a lead, deal, report, channel, template, task type, or mobile feature you expected, ask your Brixi admin — these are controlled by your role, team, assignment rules, and workspace settings.

If your admin confirms your access is correct and the problem survives a refresh and a re-login, contact Brixi support with the guide you were following, what you expected, and what happened instead.
