Start Your Day on the Mobile App

The Home tab is the first thing you see each morning, and it's built to answer one question: what needs attention today? You get a compact read on your tasks, contacts, active deals, and visits, plus quick actions, recent activity, and leaderboard context — so your first taps go to the work that matters.

Who This Is For

  • Agents starting their day.
  • Field executives checking visits and follow-ups.
  • Managers reviewing personal or team-facing signals.
  • Users who need a quick route into common mobile actions.

What You See on Home

The Home screen can show:

  • Task count.
  • Contact count.
  • Active deals.
  • Today's visits or meetings.
  • Recent activity.
  • Quick actions.
  • Leaderboard summary.
  • Product, property, or marketing shortcuts depending on workspace setup.

Use the KPI Cards

The KPI cards aren't just numbers — each one is a shortcut into the list behind it:

TasksOpen tasks due today or upcoming. Complete or reschedule what needs action.
ContactsOpen lead queues and work new or due leads.
Active DealsReview open opportunities and next actions.
Visits or MeetingsCheck field schedule and prepare for appointments.

If a number looks wrong, open the related page and check filters, owner, and date range before assuming data is missing.

Use Quick Actions

Quick actions let you create or update work without hunting through menus. Common ones include:

  • Add Contact: create a new lead or customer record.
  • Schedule Site Visit: create a visit from the field or after a customer call.
  • Add Deal: create a sales opportunity once a lead is qualified.
  • Catalogue or Product Shortcut: open the product/property area configured for your workspace.
  • Marketing: review microsite or engagement activity where enabled.

Start-of-Day Routine

  1. Open Home.
  2. Check tasks first.
  3. Review visits or meetings for the day.
  4. Open contacts and work follow-ups.
  5. Check active deals with no recent activity.
  6. Use quick actions as new work comes in.
  7. Review recent activity before ending the day.

Example: Agent Morning Review

An agent sees 8 tasks, 24 contacts, 3 active deals, and 2 visits today. The agent should:

  1. Open tasks and complete urgent follow-ups.
  2. Check today's visits and confirm customer details.
  3. Review new leads.
  4. Open active deals and make sure each has a next action.

Common Issues

Count seems too highOpen the card and check filters or incomplete tasks.
Count seems too lowRefresh, check owner/team access, and confirm records exist on web.
Quick action is missingIt may depend on workspace industry, permissions, or enabled modules.
Recent activity is emptyActivity may not have been logged yet or may be filtered by user access.

If a quick action or KPI card you expect is missing from Home, that's almost always workspace configuration — quick actions depend on your industry setup, permissions, and enabled modules. Ask your admin before assuming something's broken.

If the cards show but the counts stay wrong after you've refreshed and checked filters, owner, and date range, contact Brixi support with the card name, the count you see, and what the same view shows on web.
