Call and Log Lead Data on Mobile
Log each call attempt while the conversation is fresh. The outcome and any callback time determine where the record appears in your Lead Data queue.

Who Can Do This
Agents with assigned Lead Data and an enabled calling method can place calls. If calling is disabled, ask an account admin to enable a calling option for your workspace.
Call a Record
- Open a record from Due, Pending, or Called.
- On Info, review its details and Activity. Use Script if your team has attached a call script.
- Tap the dial action. If Brixi offers IVR and SIM, choose the method your team uses. SIM places the call with your phone; IVR uses a number configured for your workspace.
- After the attempt, open Disposition. Choose whether the call was connected, then select the most accurate call status, such as Interested, Rang, no answer, or Call Back.
- Choose a Next step when needed. For Call Back or Follow up later, set a future date and time. Add Notes and any feedback fields shown by your workspace.
- Tap Save to log the attempt and return, or Save & next to log it and open the next pending record.
You should see Call logged. The attempt then appears under Activity on the record. A due callback will appear in the Due queue after its scheduled time arrives.
