Work Deals from Your Phone

When a customer gives you a reason to update an opportunity, you shouldn't have to wait until you're back at a desk. From your phone you can check pipeline value, open a deal, add a note or task, edit the details, and move the stage right after the conversation that earned it.

What You Can Do

  • Review pipeline value.
  • Review active deal count.
  • Open deal details.
  • Create a deal.
  • Add a note.
  • Add a task.
  • Edit deal details.
  • Move a deal to the next stage.
  • Review related property or product details.

When To Use Mobile Deals

Mobile deals shine in the moment:

  • You just spoke to a customer and need to update the opportunity.
  • A customer asks for a next step during a field visit.
  • You want pipeline context before a call.
  • You need to quickly add a task or note.

For bulk pipeline review, detailed reports, or heavy filtering, the web app is the better tool.

Create or Update a Deal

  1. Open Deals or use Add Deal from Home.
  2. Select the contact.
  3. Choose pipeline and stage.
  4. Enter value, expected close date, and related property/product details.
  5. Save the deal.
  6. Add the next task or note.

Move a Deal Stage

Move a deal only when customer progress supports it — a call attempt isn't progress on its own. Good signals are customer confirmation, a completed visit, a document request, negotiation, or payment discussion.

Common Issues

IssueWhat to check
Deal is missingCheck filters, active status, owner, and permissions.
Cannot move stageCheck pipeline permissions and current deal status.
Pipeline value looks wrongReview deal values, active/lost status, and duplicate deals.
Related property is missingConfirm property/product details were added to the deal.

If you can't move a deal to the next stage, or a deal you own isn't visible, it's usually pipeline permissions or deal ownership — both are admin settings, so start there.

If pipeline value or active deal counts stay wrong after you've checked for lost-status deals and duplicates, contact Brixi support with the pipeline name, the value you expected, and an example deal that's counted wrong.

Mobile deal updates affect sales reports, deal reports, pipeline value, and active deal metrics.
