Commerce

Commerce is where everything your team sells lives — the products in your catalog, the prices customers ask about, the projects you represent, and your live property listings. Every record you add here can be matched against leads, attached to deals, and shared with customers, so the whole sales floor works from the same information.

ProductsBuild a catalog of products with categories, brands, variants, and status
PricesKeep asking prices, deal values, and customer-facing price details current on the records that use them

PropertiesPost individual listings (sale, rent, or lease), search and filter inventory, and match listings to leads

Before You Start

  • Confirm your role can view and edit Commerce or Inventory. Agents may see listings without permission to add or archive them.
  • Decide whether the record belongs as a Project (a development), a Property (a single unit or listing), or a Product (a catalog item).
  • Decide where price belongs. Property prices are saved on property listings; product prices should follow the product setup your workspace uses.
  • Have location details ready. City, locality, and project name drive how listings are organized and searched.

Keep Search Results Current

Commerce areas may have a Reindex button, which refreshes the search index so newly added or edited records show up in search and filters. If a record you just added is missing from results, reindex before assuming anything's wrong.

Reporting Impact

Commerce records feed property matching, product attribution, deal attachments, and the listings customers see. Accurate price, location, status, and ownership keep matched leads, pipeline reports, and shared listings reliable.

Troubleshooting

If a Commerce area or its Add button is missing, or you can see records but can't edit or archive them, that's almost always permissions — your admin controls who can do what in inventory, so start there.

Save Brixi support for the cases where your access checks out and a record still won't save, appear after a Reindex, or sync. Tell them which area, which record, and what you expected — a screenshot helps.
