Keep Content Easy to Use

A library only saves time if people can find things in it. A few habits help:

  • Name templates by channel, audience, and purpose.
  • Delete old versions unless your team still needs them.
  • Check WhatsApp template approval status before scheduling a campaign.
  • Reach for snippets when you need a small reusable block — don't duplicate a full message.
  • Make sure links, files, and recordings are current before wiring them into automation or AI assistants.

Reporting Impact

Because the same templates feed every channel, your campaign and sequence reporting compares like with like — message performance reflects the content itself, not one-off copy written for a single send.

Troubleshooting

If Growth → Library is missing from your menu, or you can see templates but not create or edit them, ask your admin — library access and the connected channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS senders) are workspace settings they control.

If your access checks out but a saved template still won't appear where you expect it — in a campaign, sequence, or assistant — contact Brixi support with the template name, where you tried to use it, and a screenshot.
