Create and Send a Campaign
Get a planned message or voice call out to a chosen audience. This is the end-to-end path through the 4-step creator that works for every channel — pick how you reach people, who you reach, what you say, and when it goes out.

Create The Campaign
- Go to Growth.
- Open Campaign.
- Choose New Campaign.
- In Setup, enter Campaign Name.
- Choose the Delivery channel: Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Voice Call.
- Choose the Sender account.
- Choose Continue.
- In Content, select the approved template or voice agent flow for the selected channel.
- In Audience, choose the recipients.
- In Schedule & Review, confirm timing and final settings.
- Use Test if you want to send a test first.
- Choose Send Campaign, Publish Campaign, or the available launch action.
What You Should See
The campaign creator shows Preview, Test, Continue, and the steps Setup, Content, Audience, and Schedule & Review.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Sender account is unavailable | Select a channel first and confirm the integration is connected |
| Template is missing | Create or approve the template in Library |
| Voice campaign has no template | Voice campaigns use the selected published agent flow |
| Campaign cannot continue | Complete required fields in the current step |
If the sender list is empty or no approved template shows up in Content, ask your admin first — connecting sender accounts and approving templates happens outside the campaign creator.
Contact Brixi support if a valid sender, approved template, or saved audience exists but can't be selected in the creator. Note which step you were on and what you tried to pick.
