Measure How Your Campaign Performed
After a campaign goes out, find out whether it actually landed — who received it, who engaged, and which recipients failed or need a follow-up. This is where you decide what to repeat and what to fix next time.

Open Campaign Stats
- Go to Growth.
- Open Campaign.
- Open the campaign.
- Choose the stats or report view for that campaign.
What To Review
- Delivery status.
- Audience count.
- Channel performance.
- Replies, engagement, or call outcomes where available.
- Failed or skipped recipients.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Stats look empty | Confirm the campaign was sent |
| Failures are high | Review sender setup and recipient details |
| Engagement is low | Review audience fit, message content, and timing |
| Voice call outcomes are missing | Check the selected voice agent and call reports |
If you can see campaigns but the stats view is hidden or empty for you, ask your admin to check your role — stats visibility follows campaign access.
Contact Brixi support if a campaign shows Sent but the stats stay empty, or delivery outcomes are still missing well after the send finished. Include the campaign name, channel, and send time.
