Your Profile
Your profile tells Brixi who you are, how to reach you, and where to send your work and alerts. From here you'll update your details, check attendance, manage notification channels, connect apps, request leave, and see upcoming holidays.

Profile Areas

Start Here
A sensible order for a first visit:
- Update your profile first so teammates see the right name, phone number, and role.
- Then review notifications so lead, task, meeting, and approval alerts actually reach you.
- Connect apps only if you want Brixi to sync personal tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or meeting providers.
- Turn on two-factor authentication if your workspace requires stronger sign-in security.
- Before planning time off, check the leave, holiday, and attendance pages.
Common Issues

| Profile details will not save | Confirm required fields are complete and refresh before trying again. |
| Notifications are not arriving | Check Brixi notification settings, browser or mobile permissions, and the channel you expect to receive. |
| An app connection fails | Reconnect from My Apps and make sure you approve the requested account permissions. |
| Security or attendance options are hidden | Ask your admin to confirm your workspace settings and role access. |
A few profile areas are workspace-controlled: if Security, Attendance, or Leave/Holiday don't appear in your profile menu, or your email and role are locked, that's your admin's call — ask them before assuming something is broken.
Contact Brixi support if a profile area is visible but won't load, or changes won't save after a retry. Mention which profile tab you were on and what you were trying to change.
