Set Up Your Personal Profile
Keep your details current — your name, photo, contact info, and language show up everywhere your teammates see you, and managers rely on them to assign work to the right person.
Entry pointProfile → Profile
Open Your Profile
- Go to Profile.
- Open the Profile tab.
Update Profile Details
- Review your Profile Picture.
- Choose Change or Change Picture to upload a new picture.
- Choose Remove Picture if you want to remove the current picture.
- Update fields such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Language
- Date, Time, and Number Format
- Phone Number
- Gender
- Review your Role.
- Choose Save Changes.
What You Should See
After saving, your profile details should stay updated when you return to the page.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Profile picture does not upload | Try a smaller image and check your internet connection |
| Email or role cannot be changed | These may be controlled by your account admin |
| Changes do not save | Confirm required fields are complete and try again |
Your Email and Role are usually managed at the account level, so if either is wrong or greyed out, ask your admin to correct it — that's not something you or support can change from this page.
Contact Brixi support if changes to fields you can edit won't save after a retry, or your picture won't upload even with a small image. Say which field fails and include any error you see.
