Request Leave and Check Holidays
Request time off, keep an eye on your leave balance and pending approvals, and see which holidays are coming up. Managers approve or reject their team's requests from the same page.

Open Leave And Holidays
- Go to Profile.
- Open Leave/Holiday.
- Review:
- Pending for Approval
- Total Leaves Taken
- My Latest Leaves
- My Team Leaves
- Upcoming Holiday
Apply For Leave
- Choose Apply Leave.
- In Apply Leave, choose the leave dates.
- Select Type of Leave.
- Enter the reason.
- Choose Apply Leave.
Edit Or Cancel Leave
If a leave request can still be changed:
- Open My Latest Leaves.
- Choose the available edit or cancel action.
- Save the change or confirm cancellation.
Review Team Leaves
Managers can review My Team Leaves. If available, they can approve or reject reportee leave requests.
View Holidays
- In Leave/Holiday, review Upcoming Holiday.
- Choose View all to open all holidays.
Admins can manage the wider holiday calendar from Workforce > Holiday Calendar, where the page shows Year, Create, Calendar Name, Assigned Teams, Modified By, Modified on, and Actions.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |

| Leave type is missing | Ask an admin to confirm leave policies are configured |
| Leave cannot be applied | Confirm start date, end date, leave type, and reason |
| Holiday is missing | Check the assigned team and holiday calendar |
| Approval is pending | Ask your manager to review My Team Leaves |
Leave types and holiday calendars are admin-configured. If a leave type is missing from the dropdown or a holiday you expect isn't listed, ask your admin to check the leave policy and the Holiday Calendar assignment for your team — support can't change those for you.
Contact Brixi support if your balance or a request's status is clearly wrong even though the policy and calendar are set up correctly. Include the leave dates and what the page shows versus what you expect.
