Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| App fails to connect | Confirm you are using the correct Google, Microsoft, Cal.com, or Calendly account |
| Sync is missing | Check whether the app is still connected |
| Wrong account connected | Uninstall the app and reconnect with the right account |
| Connection failed | Reauthorize the app |
The list of apps you can connect depends on your workspace, so if an app you need isn't shown in My Apps, ask your admin whether it's enabled before anything else. Connection problems are usually on the provider side — double-check you authorized the right Google, Microsoft, Cal.com, or Calendly account.
If an app connects and authorizes fine but emails, meetings, contacts, or bookings still don't sync, contact Brixi support with the app name and an example of an item that should have synced.
