Snippets

Common Issues

If a recording you expect to see isn't there, or you can't open one, ask your admin — recording visibility depends on your permissions, and it may still be processing.
Contact Brixi support if an asset or snippet you uploaded disappears, or won't attach to a template or campaign where it should. Include the file name, where you uploaded it, and where you tried to use it.
