Track Your Performance on Mobile

You don't need a desktop to know how your numbers are shaping up. Your Home KPIs, task completion, visits, recent activity, and leaderboard standing tell you two things: whether your work is being captured, and where you stand against your team.

Home KPIs

Home KPIs give you a quick daily snapshot. Treat them as action counters:

  • Tasks: work that needs completion.
  • Contacts: visible lead or customer workload.
  • Active Deals: opportunities that may need next action.
  • Visits or Meetings: scheduled customer commitments.

The numbers only help if you open the underlying list and act on the records.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard shows how you're doing relative to your peers. Depending on workspace setup, it may include:

  • Rank.
  • Points.
  • Deals closed.
  • Revenue.
  • Recent activity.
  • Improvement.
  • Team ranking.

Treat it as a coaching signal, not the whole story — a high-ranking field executive still needs clean notes, completed tasks, and accurate visit outcomes for reports to be trustworthy.

Recent Activity

Recent activity is your proof that work is being captured. If an important customer interaction is missing from it, open the contact and log it before the day ends.

Review Routine

  1. Start with Home KPIs.
  2. Open tasks and complete or reschedule due work.
  3. Check visits or meetings for the day.
  4. Review recent activity to confirm updates were saved.
  5. Open leaderboard for performance context.
  6. Use web reports for deeper manager review.

Common Issues

Leaderboard looks wrongConfirm the date range, activity logging, and whether the relevant activity type counts.
Task count stays highCheck incomplete tasks and whether completed work was marked done.
Visits do not appearCheck assignment, date filters, and visit status.
Recent activity is missingConfirm the action was saved and linked to the correct contact or deal.

Leaderboard questions usually belong with your admin: which activities earn points, the date range, and team rankings are all workspace configuration, so if your rank looks unfair, ask them what counts before raising a ticket.

Contact Brixi support if mobile analytics fail to load at all, or KPI counts and leaderboard data stay wrong after you've refreshed, checked filters, and confirmed the activity was saved.
