Set Up Your Profile and Alerts
The Profile area is where you make the app yours: update your profile and business card, tune which notifications reach you so lead alerts actually land, apply for leave, check holidays, and manage logout — including signing out of all devices if one goes missing.

Notification Settings
Notification preferences may cover channels such as email, desktop, WhatsApp, and mobile app. Some operational or billing-related notifications are required and can't be turned off.
If you rely on mobile alerts for leads and follow-ups, keep notifications enabled in two places: inside Brixi and in your device settings. Either one being off means missed alerts.
Leave and Holidays
Where leave management is enabled, you can review your leave, apply for new leave, and check holiday lists. Managers may also see team leave, depending on permissions.
Business Card
The business card gives you a quick, professional way to share your contact details. Check the name, designation, company, phone, email, and address before you share it.
Logout Guidance
Normal logout is fine when you're done using the app on your own device. Use logout from all devices if you lose a phone, suspect someone else has access, or need to reset active sessions.
Common Issues

Two things here are admin territory: a missing leave option (your workspace may not use leave management) and wrong company details on your business card (those are often managed centrally). Ask your admin about either before raising a ticket.
Contact Brixi support if profile changes won't save, notification settings don't take effect after you've checked device permissions, or logout fails.
