Measure Field Productivity
This page is for the manager question that matters: is field work actually getting done, and is it moving deals? The attendance, visit, field-activity, leaderboard, and missed-follow-up reports show you visit completion, follow-up discipline, and attendance at a glance — so you can coach where the numbers point.

What Good Field Reporting Shows
When field reporting is healthy, you can answer all of this without calling anyone:
- Who visited which customer.
- Whether the field executive reached the site.
- Whether the customer was met.
- What the customer said or requested.
- What follow-up is needed.
- Whether the visit created or moved a deal.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Attendance is missing | Check whether the user checked in/out and whether location/camera permissions were enabled. |
| Visit count is wrong | Check date range, status, assignment, and whether visits were created as meetings. |
| Activity looks low | Confirm calls, notes, and outcomes were logged against the right record. |
| Follow-ups are overdue | Review tasks created after visits and whether owners completed them. |
Most "wrong" numbers here aren't bugs — they're filters, date ranges, or field work that was never logged. If a report seems off, first confirm with your admin that you have visibility into the right teams and that attendance and visit workflows are actually enabled for those users.
If a report still doesn't match the saved records after that, contact Brixi support with the report name, date range, user, expected versus actual count, and an example visit or attendance record that's counted wrong.
