Find and Prioritize Lead Data on Mobile

Lead Data is the mobile calling workspace for records assigned to you. It gives you a calling home view and a queue, so you can start with callbacks that are due before working fresh records.

Who Can Do This

Sales agents and other users assigned Lead Data can work their own queue. A manager or account admin controls assignments and calling access for the workspace.

Open Your Queue

  1. On Home, tap Lead Data.

  2. On Calling home, review Due, Pending, Worked, and Interested counts. Tap the Next best lead card if you want to start with the suggested record.

  3. To see more records, tap Open Lead Data.

  4. Choose a queue tab:

    TabWhat you will find
DueRecords whose scheduled callback time has arrived.
PendingFresh records you have not called yet.
CalledRecords with at least one call attempt.
  5. Tap a card to open its calling workspace. The card shows the name, an available phone number, the attempt count, and callback or last-call information. Phone numbers may be masked by your workspace's access settings.

After you finish a call, return to the queue and pull down to refresh. A logged first attempt can move a record from Pending to Called; a scheduled callback appears under Due when its time arrives.

Contact Brixi support if an assigned record is still absent after your manager confirms the assignment and you refresh. Include the record name, the tab you checked, and the time you checked it. Do not send customer phone numbers in a support message unless support asks for them through an approved channel.
