Track Campaigns and Work Ad Leads
See which ad campaigns are actually working, then follow up on the leads they bring in — each one already in your CRM with its source and stage, ready to call.

Before You Start
- Connect the ad accounts whose campaigns you want to see.
- Use the date range and platform filters to focus the view.
Compare Campaigns
On the Campaigns tab, Campaigns by spend lists every campaign across your connected Meta, Google, and LinkedIn accounts:

| Impressions / Clicks | Reach and engagement |
| Leads | Leads the campaign generated |
Sort by spend to see where your budget is going, then compare it against leads to judge which campaigns earn their cost.
Work the Leads
On the Leads tab, Recent leads shows the leads captured from your ad forms:

Each ad lead is already a record in your CRM, so you can assign it, call it, and move its stage like any other lead.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |

| A campaign is missing | Confirm its account is connected; widen the date range |
| Leads aren't appearing | Confirm the campaign uses a lead form and the account is synced |
| Wrong product attributed | Map the ad — see Attribute Ad Leads to the Right Product |
Contact Brixi support if leads appear in the ad platform but not on the Leads tab. Include the campaign, platform, and the time of an example submission.
Reporting Impact
Campaign spend and lead counts drive advertising ROI, and each ad lead's source feeds lead-source reporting and follow-up metrics.
