Build Follow-Up Sequences
Keep nurturing leads without remembering to chase each one. A sequence runs a planned set of follow-up steps over time — email, WhatsApp, SMS, and call tasks spaced out with waits — and stops automatically when a customer converts or replies. Use it for lead nurture, site-visit reminders, engagement, transactions, and retention.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Sequences doesn't appear under Automation, or New sequence and Publish aren't available | Building and publishing sequences is limited to admins and authorized managers — ask your admin. Admins also manage the email, WhatsApp, and SMS senders that sequence steps send through. |
| A published sequence never enrolls contacts that match its Enrollment Trigger, or Enrollment History and Runs won't load | See Getting Help — include the sequence name and a screenshot. |
