Create a Sequence
Turn a follow-up plan into something Brixi runs for you. Build a sequence once — enrollment trigger, paced steps, and a stop condition — and every matching lead gets the right touches at the right time without manual chasing.
Entry pointAutomation → Sequences

What You Should See
The sequence editor should show New Sequence, Draft, Publish, Save Sequence, Editor, Settings, Enrollment History, Runs, Total Steps, Days To Complete, Automated Steps, Unenroll Criteria, and Enrollment Trigger.
Good Sequence Habits
- Set the enrollment trigger before adding many steps.
- Keep the timing realistic for the customer journey.
- Use call tasks when a human should personally follow up.
- Add unenroll criteria so customers don't keep receiving messages after they convert or reply.
- Review all templates, senders, and timing before publishing.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Sequence cannot start | Configure Enrollment Trigger |
| Customers keep receiving messages | Review Unenroll Criteria |
| Steps are delayed too long | Check wait timing and days to complete |
| Human tasks are missing | Confirm call task steps are configured |
If the message templates or senders you need for sequence steps aren't available, ask your admin — templates and connected channels are managed at the workspace level.
Contact Brixi support if a published sequence doesn't enroll customers who match the Enrollment Trigger, steps stop running mid-sequence, or runs fail after you've confirmed the configuration. Include the sequence name and an example contact.
