Use a Sequence Template
Skip building a sequence from scratch. Pick a ready-made journey for a common goal — lead nurture, site visits, engagement, transactions, or retention — adjust the templates, senders, and timing, and publish. The proven step structure is already in place.

Open Sequence Templates
- Go to Automation.
- Open Sequences.
- Open the template library.
- Browse by use-case category.
- Select a template to preview its flow, steps, duration, and required configuration.
Template Categories
The template library may include categories such as:
- Lead nurture
- Site visits
- Engagement
- Transaction
- Retention
What Templates Show
Templates can show:
- Use case
- Sequence flow
- Channel steps such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, or call tasks
- Wait timing between steps
- Approximate days to complete
- Required fields to configure before publishing
Use A Template
- Select a template.
- Review the sequence flow.
- Choose Use this template.
- Configure templates, senders, timing, and required fields.
- Save the sequence.
- Publish after review.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Template steps need setup | Configure each step's template, sender, and timing |
| Sequence duration is too long | Adjust waits before publishing |
| Wrong category is selected | Switch back to All templates |
| Call task owner is unclear | Review the task step and assignment setup |
If a template's steps have no message templates or senders to pick from, ask your admin — each email, WhatsApp, or SMS step needs an approved template and a connected sender, and those are set up at the workspace level.
