Build Workflows
Make Brixi react instantly when something happens — a lead is created, a deal moves stage, a customer replies — and run the steps you'd otherwise do by hand: assign an owner, send a message, create a task, tag the record, or kick off an AI voice follow-up. Each workflow starts from a trigger and runs the actions, waits, and branches you set.

Troubleshooting
If Workflows doesn't appear under Automation, or New workflow and Publish are unavailable to you, ask your admin — creating and publishing workflows is limited to admins and authorized managers.
Contact Brixi support if you can open and edit workflows but the editor, Enrollment History, or Runs fail to load, or a published workflow never enrolls records that clearly match its trigger. Include the workflow name and a screenshot of what you see.
