Use a Workflow Template

Get an automation running fast by starting from a proven pattern instead of wiring up every trigger and action yourself. Pick a template for a common goal — onboarding, sales follow-up, reminders, win-back, and more — configure the required fields, and publish.

Open Workflow Templates

  1. Go to Automation.
  2. Open Workflows.
  3. Open the template library.
  4. Browse templates by industry.
  5. Select a template to preview its use case, trigger, workflow flow, actions, branches, and required configuration.

What Templates Show

Templates can show:

  • Use case
  • Trigger
  • Workflow flow
  • Actions such as email, WhatsApp, tasks, tags, waits, or AI voice calls
  • Required fields to configure before publishing
  • Number of actions and branches

Use A Template

  1. Select a template.
  2. Review the preview.
  3. Choose Use this template.
  4. Configure the required fields.
  5. Save the workflow.
  6. Publish after review.

Example Template Types

Workflow templates may cover onboarding, retention, sales follow-up, scheduling, cancellation win-back, appointment reminders, real estate voice AI follow-up, and support surveys.

Common Issues

If the template library doesn't open for you, or the required email, WhatsApp, or voice agent options show nothing to pick, ask your admin — those fields depend on connected channels and published agents the admin manages.

Contact Brixi support if Use this template fails to create a workflow, or the created workflow won't open in the editor. Mention which template you used.
