Open Workflow Templates
- Go to Automation.
- Open Workflows.
- Open the template library.
- Browse templates by industry.
- Select a template to preview its use case, trigger, workflow flow, actions, branches, and required configuration.
What Templates Show
Templates can show:
- Use case
- Trigger
- Workflow flow
- Actions such as email, WhatsApp, tasks, tags, waits, or AI voice calls
- Required fields to configure before publishing
- Number of actions and branches
Use A Template
- Select a template.
- Review the preview.
- Choose Use this template.
- Configure the required fields.
- Save the workflow.
- Publish after review.
Example Template Types
Workflow templates may cover onboarding, retention, sales follow-up, scheduling, cancellation win-back, appointment reminders, real estate voice AI follow-up, and support surveys.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Template cannot be used | Check whether your workspace has reached its workflow limit |
| Template needs configuration | Fill required email, WhatsApp, voice agent, or property fields before publishing |
| Flow is too broad | Remove or adjust blocks that do not match your process |
| Wrong industry filter | Switch back to All industries |
If the template library doesn't open for you, or the required email, WhatsApp, or voice agent options show nothing to pick, ask your admin — those fields depend on connected channels and published agents the admin manages.
