Monitor Workflow Runs

Once a workflow is live, make sure it's actually working — that the right records entered it and each step ran, instead of silently stalling or failing. The enrollment and run views show you exactly what happened so you can fix problems before they cost you leads.

IssueWhat to check
No records enrolledConfirm the trigger condition actually happened
Workflow is not runningConfirm the workflow is published
A record followed the wrong branchReview branch conditions
An action failedCheck required channel, template, agent, credential, or owner setup

If you can't open a workflow's Enrollment History or Runs at all, ask your admin to check your access — monitoring views follow the same permissions as the workflow itself.

Contact Brixi support if those views load but show nothing for triggers that clearly fired, or runs fail without a configuration problem you can find. Include the workflow name, a sample record, and the time the trigger happened.
