Monitor Workflow Runs
Once a workflow is live, make sure it's actually working — that the right records entered it and each step ran, instead of silently stalling or failing. The enrollment and run views show you exactly what happened so you can fix problems before they cost you leads.

Where To Go
- Go to Automation.
- Open Workflows.
- Open the workflow.
- Use Enrollment History and Runs.
What To Review
| Area | What to check |
|---|---|
| Enrollment History | Which contacts or records entered the workflow |
| Runs | Whether workflow steps completed, failed, or are waiting |
| Settings | Whether the workflow is configured as expected |
| Editor | Whether trigger, waits, branches, and actions match the intended process |
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| No records enrolled | Confirm the trigger condition actually happened |
| Workflow is not running | Confirm the workflow is published |
| A record followed the wrong branch | Review branch conditions |
| An action failed | Check required channel, template, agent, credential, or owner setup |
If you can't open a workflow's Enrollment History or Runs at all, ask your admin to check your access — monitoring views follow the same permissions as the workflow itself.
Contact Brixi support if those views load but show nothing for triggers that clearly fired, or runs fail without a configuration problem you can find. Include the workflow name, a sample record, and the time the trigger happened.
