Use Copilot for Daily Work
Instead of digging through lists and filters, ask Copilot. It answers plain-language questions about your leads, tasks, and meetings, and can hand you a recommended plan for what to do next.

Who can do this?
Users with Copilot access can use the assistant. Managers and admins may have broader context depending on workspace permissions.
Ask Copilot a question
- Open Copilot.
- Select Assistant.
- Type a question about your leads, tasks, meetings, or other CRM work.
- Review the answer.
- Verify important details before taking customer-facing action.
Use Action Plan
- Open Copilot.
- Select Action Plan.
- Review recommended next steps or planning guidance.
- Turn useful recommendations into tasks, follow-ups, messages, or CRM updates.
Review previous chats
Use Chat History to return to earlier Copilot conversations. When you are inside a conversation, use New Chat to start a fresh question.
What you should see
The Copilot page shows Assistant, Action Plan, and Chat History. The assistant prompt asks how it can help with leads, tasks, meetings, or other questions.
Common issues
- Copilot does not show the record you expect: Check whether you have permission to view that record.
- The answer seems incomplete: Ask a more specific question and include the lead, task, date range, or meeting context.
- The answer affects a customer decision: Verify the CRM record before sending messages, changing stages, or assigning work.
Troubleshooting
Copilot only sees what you're allowed to see, so if it can't find a lead or task you know exists, ask your admin to check your record permissions before blaming the assistant. Whether Copilot is available at all for your role is also an admin decision.
Contact Brixi support if Copilot is enabled but won't load, Chat History doesn't open, or it repeatedly fails on basic questions about records you can open yourself. An example question and the answer you got back helps a lot.
