Manage Your Tasks
Your task list keeps every follow-up, call, email, and sales action in one place. Filter it down to today or what's overdue, work straight through it, and check items off as the real customer action gets done.

To create or schedule a task from the calendar, see Add a Task.
Who can do this?
Sales users can view tasks they have access to. Creating or updating tasks depends on CRM appointment and activity permissions in your workspace.
View tasks
- Open Task.
- Choose a filter: All, Today, Upcoming, or Completed.
- Use Select date range if you want tasks from a specific period.
- Review each task card for name, note, due time, priority, and status.
Add a task
- Open Task.
- Click + Add Task.
- Enter the task details.
- Save the task.
- Confirm the task appears in the correct filter or date range.
Complete a task
- Find the task.
- Select the checkbox on the task card.
- Confirm the task moves to Completed or shows completed styling.
What you should see
Tasks are grouped by date. Each task card can show the activity type, name, note, due time, priority, and whether it is overdue. Overdue tasks are visually highlighted.
Common issues
- Add Task is not visible: Your role may not have permission to create tasks.
- A task is missing: Check the active filter and selected date range.
- A completed task still appears: Refresh the page or check whether the task status update failed.
Troubleshooting
If + Add Task is missing or you can't see tasks you know exist, ask your admin to check your appointment and activity permissions — task creation and visibility are both role-controlled. A "missing" task is usually just hiding behind the wrong filter or date range, so check those first too.
Contact Brixi support if completing a task doesn't stick, date filters return the wrong tasks, or a task vanishes from every filter including All. A task name and rough due date gives them something to trace.
