Turn Google Forms Responses into Leads

Collect lead responses in Google Forms and have each submission arrive in Brixi as a lead — no manual re-entry. Connect the form once and review the leads as they come in.

Connect Google Forms​

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Find Google Forms.
  3. Choose Manage.
  4. Follow the setup details shown in Brixi.
  5. Send a test form response.
  6. Confirm the response appears in CRM.

What To Review​

When the test response lands, open the new contact and check:

  • Contact name.
  • Phone number and email.
  • Source.
  • Form answers.
  • Owner assignment.

Troubleshooting​

If your test response never shows up, re-check the setup details on the Manage screen first — a skipped step there is the usual cause. Can't see the Google Forms card on the Integrations page at all? That's role access, so ask your admin.

Contact Brixi support when responses are definitely being submitted but no lead is created. Include the form name and the time of the test response so the delivery can be traced.
