Keep Your Email, Calendar, and Meetings in Sync
Stop switching between Brixi and your inbox or calendar — connect the tools you already use so email, calendar, contacts, and meetings stay in sync automatically. You manage these connections yourself from My Apps.
Entry pointProfile → My Apps
Available Apps
| App | What it does |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Sync incoming and outgoing emails and track conversations with leads. |
| Google Calendar | Sync meetings and appointments from Google Calendar into Brixi. |
| Cal.com | Push Brixi meetings into Cal.com bookings and keep them in sync. |
| Calendly | Receive Calendly booking and cancellation events and log scheduled meetings. |
| Google Contacts | Sync contact data from Google Contacts and avoid duplicates. |
| Google Meet | Sync scheduled meetings and links, and log meeting history. |
Each app has a toggle on its card. Turn the toggle on to start connecting.
How Connecting a Google App Works
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and Google Meet all connect through Sign in with Google. The steps are the same for each:
- Open My Apps and turn on the app's toggle. A Connecting… window appears and a Google sign-in tab opens.
- Choose the Google account you want to connect (use your business Google account).
- Google may show "Google hasn't verified this app." Because this is your own Brixi workspace, select Advanced, then Go to Brixi AI.
- On the consent screen, select Continue.
- Allow the requested permissions (use Select all), then select Continue.
- Google returns you to Brixi and the app shows as connected.
Let the Connecting… window finish so the connection saves.
Always pick the business Google account that owns the mailbox, calendar, or contacts you want Brixi to sync.
Who Can Connect
A connection like Gmail or Google Calendar usually represents your own account, so you can connect it yourself from My Apps. If a card or its toggle is missing, ask your admin to review your access.
Troubleshooting
If a card or toggle is missing from My Apps, that's the one thing on this page only your admin can fix — these connections are gated by your Brixi role. Trouble inside the Google or Calendly sign-in window (wrong password, 2FA) belongs to that provider, not to Brixi.
Contact Brixi support if a toggle turns on, the sign-in completes, but the app never shows as connected — or it disconnects itself repeatedly. Say which app, which external account you signed in with, and what the Connecting… window showed before it failed.
