Who Can Do This

Marketing admins or account admins should connect ad and social accounts. The person connecting must have access to the external business account, page, ad account, or lead form.

Before You Start

Have these ready:

  • Access to the external ad or social account.
  • The list of pages, forms, ad accounts, or campaigns you want to sync.
  • Naming standards for source and campaign values.
  • A test form submission or test lead path.
  • A manager who can verify that the lead enters the correct sales queue.

Each channel has its own setup steps — open the relevant page above. The general flow is: install or open the connector, authorize with the account that owns the asset, select the pages/forms/accounts to sync, save, then submit a test lead and confirm it appears in Brixi with the correct source.

Source Naming Best Practices

PracticeWhy it matters
Use stable source namesReports stay readable across months.
Keep campaign names consistentManagers can compare campaign quality.
Do not rename active external forms casuallyRenames can make troubleshooting harder.
Test one source at a timeYou can isolate mapping and permission issues faster.

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to check
Page or form is missingConfirm the connecting user has admin access in the external business account.
Leads sync from one form but not anotherCheck whether the second form was selected and active.
Source shows as unknownReview field mapping or selected source metadata.
Ad account disconnectsReauthorize with a user who still has access.
Reports show leads but no downstream conversionCheck assignment speed, follow-up workflows, and data quality, not only the ad integration.

Most problems in this area trace back to permissions in the external platform, not Brixi. A missing page, form, or ad account during connection almost always means the person authorizing doesn't have admin rights on that asset — fix that in Meta, LinkedIn, or Google first. Ask your Brixi admin if the Integrations page or a specific connector is hidden; that's role-based.

Contact Brixi support when authorization succeeds and the right assets were selected, but leads still don't arrive with the expected source. Include the channel, the page or form name, and when the test lead was submitted.

Ad account connections are also visible from the ads area under Connections. Ads create demand, but sales outcomes depend on speed to lead, assignment, conversation quality, and follow-up discipline.
