Capture Instagram Activity and Leads

Instagram connects through Meta. Authorize once and the supported Meta workflows in your workspace can use the account — activity and lead capture feed your sales and marketing workflows from there.

Who Can Do This

  • Account admins connect Instagram.

  • Sales managers confirm new Instagram leads are assigned correctly.

Before You Start

  • Confirm the Instagram account is connected to the correct Meta Business setup.
  • Confirm you have permission to authorize the account.
  • Decide how leads or activity should be handled in Brixi.

Connect Instagram

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Find Meta.
  3. Choose Manage.
  4. Choose the Instagram connection option shown in Brixi, such as Connect New Account.
  5. Complete the Meta authorization flow.
  6. Select the correct Instagram account when prompted.
  7. Return to Brixi and confirm the account is connected.

What You Should See

The connected Instagram account should be available in Brixi for the supported Meta workflows in your workspace.

A missing or wrong Instagram account is nearly always a Meta Business setup issue — the account isn't attached to the Business Manager you authorized with. Sort that out with whoever manages your Meta setup before raising anything. If the Meta card itself is hidden on the Integrations page, ask your Brixi admin about your role.

Contact Brixi support if authorization succeeds and the account is attached to the right Business setup, but it doesn't appear in Brixi or supported activity doesn't sync. Mention the Instagram handle and when you connected.
