Create a Contact from Lead Data in the Web App

Use Create Contact when a Lead Data record is ready for ongoing CRM work. Brixi opens a contact form with available details from the record so you can review them before creating the contact.

Entry pointBrixi web app → CRM → Lead Data → My Queue → a record → Create Contact

Who Can Do This

In the current web call workspace, admins and super admins can use this action. Your workspace may use a different name for contacts; the button follows that name.

Create the Contact

  1. Open CRM → Lead Data → My Queue and select the record. In a focused role sidebar, Lead Data may appear directly.
  2. Review its details and Call history in the call workspace.
  3. Select Create Contact. If the record is already linked to a contact, the action reads Open Contact; use that instead of making a duplicate.
  4. In Create Contact from Lead Data, review the prefilled fields and assignment. Complete required information and correct anything that needs updating.
  5. Select Create Contact in the form. Brixi should confirm the conversion. Reopen the Lead Data record to use Open Contact and continue CRM work.
