Track How Your Calling Team Is Doing

See at a glance how far your team has worked through the list, who's moving fastest, and who's falling behind on callbacks — so you can step in before leads go cold. Every campaign reports its own results, and this article explains each number and how to act on it.

Open a campaign from the Campaigns tab, then select the Reports tab.

Campaign Totals

The cards across the top summarize the whole campaign:

MetricMeaning
Total leadsEvery lead imported into the campaign.
AssignedLeads handed to an executive.
PendingLeads not yet called.
CalledLeads with at least one logged call.
ConnectedCalls where the executive reached and spoke to the lead.

Together these track the funnel: how many leads you have, how many are being worked, how many have been called, and how many actually connected.

Executive Performance

The Executive performance table breaks the same work down by person:

ColumnMeaning
ExecutiveThe team member.
AssignedLeads assigned to them.
CalledLeads they've called at least once.
Calls madeTotal call attempts they've logged (more than one per lead is normal).
Callbacks dueScheduled callbacks that have come due — highlighted in amber when above zero.

How to Read the Numbers

  • Pending stays high → leads aren't being worked. Check that the campaign is Active and that leads are assigned.
  • Called is high but Connected is low → people aren't picking up. Consider call timing, or review the script and the lead list quality.
  • Calls made far exceeds Called → lots of retries per lead (busy / no answer). Expected for cold lists; watch it doesn't crowd out fresh leads.
  • Callbacks due is climbing for one person → that executive is falling behind on promised callbacks. Re-balance or follow up.

Compare Called against Assigned per executive to spot who has cleared their list and who needs help — before Pending piles up at the campaign level.
