Set Task and User SLA Rules

These rules help teams schedule tasks without conflicts and close follow-ups consistently. Your workspace may use another name for Task; the Settings card follows that terminology.

Who Can Do This

Account admins and CRM admins can change these workspace-wide rules.

Configure the Rules

  1. Open Admin → Settings → Activity → Task and user SLA.
  2. To prevent scheduling conflicts, turn on Prevent overlapping tasks and set the Minimum gap in minutes between a user's open tasks.
  3. To track late follow-ups, turn on Mark overdue follow-ups as missed and set the Grace period in minutes after the due time.
  4. Under Completion controls, choose whether a user must add a note and whether they can undo completion.
  5. Choose the roles affected by the completion rules. Leave the role list empty to apply those rules to everyone.
  6. Select Save. Brixi should confirm that the task SLA settings were saved.
