Pull 99acres Leads into Brixi
Have buyer interest and listing inquiries from 99acres land in Brixi automatically as contacts — no manual copying. Brixi gives you a unique webhook URL; you share it with your 99acres account manager, and 99acres then pushes every new lead to that URL.

Who Can Do This
Account admins or sales operations users install 99Acres and share the webhook. Sales users consume the result — new contacts, assignments, and follow-up tasks.
What You Need Before Starting
- Admin access to Integrations in Brixi.
- A contact at 99Acres (your account manager), plus your registered 99Acres email and phone number.
- A decision on who should own or review new 99Acres leads.
Connect 99Acres
Go to Automation → Integrations and find the 99Acres card. The flow is short: install the connector, copy the webhook URL Brixi generates, and send it to 99Acres.
Step 1 — Install 99Acres
On the Integrations page, search for 99Acres and turn on the toggle on its card. Brixi installs the connector and a Manage link appears.

Installing only takes a moment. Once the toggle is on and Manage appears, Brixi has generated a unique webhook URL for your account.
Step 2 — Copy Your Webhook URL
Open Manage on the 99Acres card. The integration page shows a ready-to-send message that includes your unique Webhook URL, a link to the Brixi API documentation, and a sample curl for the PUSH integration. Click the copy icon to copy the full message.

Your webhook URL looks like this, with a unique ID for your account:

Anyone with this URL can post leads into your CRM. Only share it with your 99Acres account manager.
Step 3 — Send the Details to 99Acres
99Acres configures lead delivery from their side, so you need to hand them the webhook URL. From the Manage screen you can:
- Send via Email — opens an email to
services@99acres.com(your 99Acres account manager) pre-filled with the instructions, webhook URL, and sample curl. - Send via WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the same message ready to send.
- Copy the message and share it through your own channel.
Before sending, replace YOUR_EMAIL and YOUR_PHONE_NUMBER in the message with the email and phone registered on your 99Acres account, so they can match the request to your account.
After Connecting
Once 99Acres starts delivering leads to the webhook, each inquiry is created as a contact in CRM → Contacts with 99Acres as the source. Ask 99Acres to send a test lead and confirm it appears with the expected name, phone, and details. Check that your assignment and follow-up workflows fire as expected.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |

| Leads are not appearing | Confirm 99Acres is sending to the exact webhook URL and that the integration is still active. Ask them to resend a test lead. |
| Leads are duplicated | Review duplicate matching by phone or email. The same inquiry sent twice can create duplicates. |
| Lead has no owner | Add a lead distribution policy or default owner so new 99Acres leads route automatically. |
| 99Acres can't match your request | Confirm you gave them the email and phone registered on your 99Acres account. |
| Webhook URL was shared by mistake | Reinstall the integration to generate a fresh URL, then re-send it to 99Acres. |
Contact support if 99Acres confirms leads are being sent but they do not appear in Brixi. Share the approximate time a test lead was sent and the phone/email used, so support can trace the delivery.
