Pull Justdial Leads into Brixi

Justdial can push every real estate enquiry it collects for you straight into Brixi. Setup is mostly a handoff: Brixi generates a unique webhook URL, you pass it to your Justdial account manager, and from then on each new lead arrives in your CRM as a contact.

Entry pointAutomation → Integrations

Who Can Do This

An account admin or sales-ops user handles the install and shares the webhook with Justdial. After that, sales users just see the results — new contacts, assignments, and follow-up tasks.

What You Need Before Starting

  • Admin access to Integrations in Brixi.
  • A contact at Justdial (your account manager) who can configure lead delivery, or access to your Justdial seller dashboard.
  • A decision on who should own or review new Justdial leads.

Connect Justdial

Go to Automation → Integrations and find the Justdial card. There are only three steps: install the connector, copy the webhook URL Brixi generates, and get it to Justdial.

Step 1 — Install Justdial

On the Integrations page, search for Justdial and turn on the toggle on its card. Brixi installs the connector and a Manage link appears.

Search for Justdial and turn on its toggle to install the connector

note

Installing takes a moment. As soon as the toggle is on and Manage appears, Brixi has generated a unique webhook URL for your account.

Step 2 — Copy Your Webhook URL

Open Manage on the Justdial card. The integration page shows a ready-to-send message that includes your unique Webhook URL and a link to the Brixi API documentation. Click the copy icon to copy the full message.

Open Manage to view the webhook URL and message, then click the copy icon

Your webhook URL looks like this, with a unique ID for your account:

https://webhook.brixi.ai/api/v1/your-unique-id/leads
Keep your webhook URL private

Anyone with this URL can post leads into your CRM. Only share it with your Justdial account manager.

Step 3 — Send the Details to Justdial

Lead delivery is configured on Justdial's side, so the webhook URL has to reach them. From the Manage screen you can:

  • Send via Email — opens an email to delhi@justdial.com (your Justdial account manager) pre-filled with the instructions and webhook URL.
  • Send via WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the same message ready to send.
  • Copy the message and share it through your own channel.

Ask Justdial to send your leads to the webhook URL. The message Brixi prepares reads:

Please send my JustDial leads to Brixi CRM. The steps to do so are as below:

My unique Webhook URL to send leads to: https://webhook.brixi.ai/api/v1/your-unique-id/leads

Brixi API Documentation: (link included in the message)

After Connecting

From the moment Justdial starts posting to the webhook, every enquiry becomes a contact in CRM → Contacts with Justdial as the source. Submit a test enquiry (or ask Justdial to send one) and check that the name, phone, and details came through — and that your assignment and follow-up workflows fired.

Common Issues

IssueWhat to check
Leads are not appearingConfirm Justdial is sending to the exact webhook URL and that the integration is still active. Ask Justdial to resend a test lead.
Leads are duplicatedReview duplicate matching by phone or email. The same enquiry sent twice can create duplicates.
Lead has no ownerAdd a lead distribution policy or default owner so new Justdial leads route automatically.
Follow-up is delayedCheck assignment and workflow rules tied to the Justdial source.
Webhook URL was shared by mistakeReinstall the integration to generate a fresh URL, then re-send it to Justdial.
Delivery never startedJustdial's team has to switch delivery on after you send the webhook URL — chase your account manager first. Have your admin confirm the Justdial toggle is still on and the URL you shared matches the one on the Manage screen.
Justdial confirms they're sending to the right URL but nothing shows up in CRM → ContactsSee Getting Help — include the time a test lead was sent and the phone or email on it.
