Pull OLX Home Leads into Brixi
OLX Home pushes leads to Brixi over a webhook. You install the connector, hand your unique webhook URL to your OLX Home account manager, and new leads start arriving as contacts — nothing to copy over by hand.

Who Can Do This
An admin or sales-ops user runs the setup. Everyone else just works the leads once they start arriving — contacts, assignments, and follow-up tasks included.
What You Need Before Starting
- Admin access to Integrations in Brixi.
- A contact at OLX Home (your account manager) who can configure lead delivery.
- A decision on who should own or review new OLX Home leads.
Connect OLX Home
Go to Automation → Integrations and find the Olx Home card. Three short steps: install the connector, copy the webhook URL Brixi generates, send it to OLX Home.
Step 1 — Install OLX Home
On the Integrations page, search for Olx Home and turn on the toggle on its card. Brixi installs the connector and a Manage link appears.
Once the toggle is on and Manage shows up, Brixi has generated your unique webhook URL — that part's done.
Step 2 — Copy Your Webhook URL
Open Manage on the Olx Home card. The integration page shows a ready-to-send message that includes your unique Webhook URL and a link to the Brixi API documentation. Click the copy icon to copy the full message.
Your webhook URL looks like this, with a unique ID for your account:
https://webhook.brixi.ai/api/v1/your-unique-id/leads
Anyone with this URL can post leads into your CRM. Only share it with your OLX Home account manager.
Step 3 — Send the Details to OLX Home
OLX Home switches on lead delivery from their side once they have your webhook URL. From the Manage screen you can:
- Send via WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the instructions and webhook URL ready to send.
- Copy the message and email or message it to your OLX Home account manager.
Ask OLX Home to set up a PUSH integration that delivers your leads to the webhook URL.
After Connecting
When OLX Home begins delivering to the webhook, each inquiry shows up as a contact in CRM → Contacts with OLX Home as the source. Ask for a test lead, confirm the name, phone, and details look right, and watch that your assignment and follow-up workflows fire.
Common Issues

| Leads are not appearing | Confirm OLX Home is sending to the exact webhook URL and that the integration is still active. Ask them to resend a test lead. |
| Leads are duplicated | Review duplicate matching by phone or email. The same inquiry sent twice can create duplicates. |
| Lead has no owner | Add a lead distribution policy or default owner so new OLX Home leads route automatically. |
| Wrong source on contacts | Confirm the lead is arriving through the OLX Home webhook, not another connected source. |
| Webhook URL was shared by mistake | Reinstall the integration to generate a fresh URL, then re-send it to OLX Home. |
Setup problems here usually come down to the handoff. Your admin can confirm the connector is still active and that the URL you sent OLX Home matches the one on the Manage screen — URLs sometimes get truncated when forwarded, so compare them character for character.
If OLX Home says the PUSH integration is sending but contacts never appear, reach out to Brixi support with the time of a test lead and the phone or email it carried.
