Pull Sulekha Properties Leads into Brixi

Sulekha can push its property enquiries straight into Brixi. You install the connector, send your unique webhook URL to your Sulekha account manager, and from then on each enquiry arrives in your CRM as a contact.

Entry pointAutomation → Integrations

Who Can Do This

An admin or sales-ops user does the install and the handoff to Sulekha. Sales users only see the output: new contacts, assignments, and follow-up tasks.

What You Need Before Starting

  • Admin access to Integrations in Brixi.
  • A contact at Sulekha (your account manager) who can configure lead delivery.
  • A decision on who should own or review new Sulekha leads.

Connect Sulekha Properties

Go to Automation → Integrations and find the Sulekha Properties card. It's a three-step job: install the connector, copy the webhook URL Brixi generates, send it to Sulekha.

Step 1 — Install Sulekha Properties

On the Integrations page, search for Sulekha and turn on the toggle on its card. Brixi installs the connector and a Manage link appears.

Search for Sulekha Properties and turn on its toggle to install the connector

note

The install takes seconds. Once the toggle is on and Manage appears, your unique webhook URL has been generated.

Step 2 — Copy Your Webhook URL

Open Manage on the Sulekha Properties card. The integration page shows a ready-to-send message that includes your unique Webhook URL and a link to the Brixi API documentation. Click the copy icon to copy the full message.

Open Manage to view the webhook URL and message, then click the copy icon

Your webhook URL looks like this, with a unique ID for your account:

https://webhook.brixi.ai/api/v1/your-unique-id/leads
Keep your webhook URL private.

Anyone with this URL can post leads into your CRM. Only share it with your Sulekha account manager.

Step 3 — Send the Details to Sulekha

Sulekha configures delivery on their end once they have your webhook URL. The Manage screen gives you three ways to send it:

  • Send via Email — opens an email to care@sulekha.com (your Sulekha account manager) pre-filled with the instructions and webhook URL.
  • Send via WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the same message ready to send.
  • Copy the message and share it through your own channel.

Ask Sulekha to send your leads to the webhook URL. The message Brixi prepares reads:

Please send my Sulekha leads to Brixi CRM. The steps to do so are as below:

My unique Webhook URL to send leads to: https://webhook.brixi.ai/api/v1/your-unique-id/leads

Brixi API Documentation: (link included in the message)

After Connecting

As soon as Sulekha starts delivering to the webhook, each enquiry becomes a contact in CRM → Contacts with Sulekha as the source. Submit a test enquiry — or have Sulekha send one — and check that the details arrived and your assignment and follow-up workflows fired.

Common Issues

IssueWhat to check
Leads are not appearingConfirm Sulekha is sending to the exact webhook URL and that the integration is still active. Ask Sulekha to resend a test lead.
Leads are duplicatedReview duplicate matching by phone or email. The same enquiry sent twice can create duplicates.
Lead has no ownerAdd a lead distribution policy or default owner so new Sulekha leads route automatically.
Follow-up is delayedCheck assignment and workflow rules tied to the Sulekha source.
Webhook URL was shared by mistakeReinstall the integration to generate a fresh URL, then re-send it to Sulekha.

If nothing arrives after the handoff, the first question is whether Sulekha has actually switched delivery on — follow up with your account manager rather than waiting. Your admin can confirm the Brixi side: the connector is active, and the URL in the message you sent matches the one on the Manage screen.

Contact Brixi support once Sulekha confirms they're sending to the right URL but contacts still aren't created. Share the time of a test enquiry and its phone or email so delivery can be traced.
