Common issues
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Billing email is rejected | Enter a valid email address. |
| City is required | Select a city from the city search when editing billing address. |
| Payment account cannot save | Confirm account holder name, bank name, account number, account type, and IFSC code are filled. |
| State or country does not edit directly | These values may depend on selected city or account location data. |
| The Billing or Payments sections won't load or can't be edited | This area needs billing permissions — check with your account admin first. |
| Details are entered correctly but payouts or billing operations fail, or saved values revert after a refresh | See Getting Help — include the workspace name and what you saved (leave the full account number out of the ticket). |
