Motivate Your Team with a Leaderboard
A leaderboard turns day-to-day work into friendly competition. Decide how points are earned, what targets matter, and how ranks are scored, and your reps can see exactly where they stand.

Who can do this?
Admins and sales managers with workforce settings access can configure leaderboard rules.
Configure leaderboard
- Open Leaderboard.
- Turn the leaderboard on or off.
- Select the Default period, such as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.
- Configure targets for points, deals, revenue, and leads for each period.
- Add Activity points rules.
- Add Weighted conditions for bonus points based on thresholds.
- Click Save settings.
Review recent entries
- Open Leaderboard.
- Select Recent entries.
- Review recent leaderboard activity and point changes.
What you should see after finishing
When enabled, users should see leaderboard ranks and activity based on the configured scoring rules and targets.
Common issues
- Ranks are empty: Confirm the leaderboard is enabled.
- Points look wrong: Review activity point rules and weighted conditions.
- Targets are missing: Add values for the period your team uses.
Troubleshooting
Scoring complaints usually come down to configuration — an activity rule that's missing or a weighted condition that never fires — so review your rules and check Recent entries before escalating. If activity is clearly logged and points still don't move, contact Brixi support with the user, the activity, and the rule you expected to apply.
Empty ranks just mean the leaderboard is switched off or no targets exist for the current period; that's fixed here, not by support.
