Manage Account Settings

This page holds your company identity — name, logo, contact details, address, and branches. Whenever something changes, update it here so everything Brixi shows and generates carries the right details.

Who can do this?

Account admins can view account settings. Editing company, address, and branch details depends on admin permissions. Account verification status is reviewed by the compliance team and is not editable from this page.

Review account verification

  1. Open Account.
  2. Review Account verification.
  3. Check the current verification status and message.

If the verification status is unknown or pending, contact Brixi support or your account owner if you need help with verification.

Update company details

  1. Open Company Details.
  2. Click Edit in Company Information.
  3. Review or update primary details such as company name, email, phone number, and website.
  4. Review business profile details such as RERA number, business type, industry, and time zone.
  5. Update the logo under Brand asset when needed.
  6. Save the changes.

Update address details

  1. Open Address Details.
  2. Click Edit in Address Information.
  3. Update address, city, postal code, state, and country.
  4. Save the changes.

Add or review branches

  1. Scroll to Branch.
  2. Click Add Branch when you need another branch.
  3. Enter branch name, RERA number, address, and city.
  4. Save the branch.

What you should see after finishing

The Account page should show the updated company information, address, logo, and branch list.
