Send Reports Out on a Schedule

If someone on your team exports the same report every week by hand, set up a schedule instead. Brixi sends the data to the right people on the cadence you choose — an AI report for an agent landing in inboxes automatically, for example.

Entry pointAdmin → System

Who can do this?

Admins with system settings access can create and manage scheduled exports.

Create a scheduled export

  1. Open Scheduled Exports.
  2. Click Create schedule.
  3. Select the report or export type.
  4. Choose the related agent or workspace context.
  5. Configure delivery schedule and recipients.
  6. Save the schedule.

Review scheduled exports

  1. Open Scheduled Exports.
  2. Review existing schedules.
  3. Use actions to edit, pause, resume, or remove a schedule when available.

What you should see after finishing

The scheduled export should appear in the list and run according to its configured schedule.

Common issues

  • No scheduled exports appear: Create the first schedule.
  • Recipients do not receive reports: Check recipient details and the schedule status.
  • Report content looks wrong: Confirm the selected report, agent, and filters.

Troubleshooting

When a schedule runs but nobody gets the report, check the boring things first: recipient addresses, the schedule's status, and the recipients' spam folders. If the schedule shows as active and the export still never arrives — or it runs at the wrong time — contact Brixi support with the schedule name, the configured cadence, and the recipient list.

An empty Scheduled Exports page isn't an error; it just means nobody's created one yet.
