Manage Subscriptions, Credits, and Invoices

This is where you check what your subscription covers, top up credits before they run out, and pull invoices and transaction records when finance asks for them.

Who can do this?

Account admins and billing admins can review billing information. Payment and subscription changes may require billing permissions.

Review subscription

  1. Open Subscription.
  2. Review current plans, status, billing frequency, start date, and current period end.
  3. Review credit balance.
  4. Use Add Credits when you need to recharge.
  5. Use Enable Auto Payment when available to keep a subscription active without manual top-ups.
  6. Review call details such as concurrency, call cost, number rental, and analytics.

Manage flex credits

  1. Open Flex Credits.
  2. Review Current Balance.
  3. Click Refresh to update the view.
  4. Click Buy Flex Credits to recharge.
  5. Review flex credit history for additions, deductions, and adjustments.

Review balance history

  1. Open Balance History.
  2. Use transaction type and date range filters.
  3. Click Apply Filters.
  4. Review ledger entries for debits, credits, adjustments, and created dates.

Review invoices

  1. Open Invoice.
  2. Review invoice status and details when invoices are available.
  3. Download or open invoice records when the action is available.

Review transactions

  1. Open Transactions.
  2. Review wallet top-ups and payment events.
  3. Check provider references, payment methods, and settlement timestamps when available.

What you should see after finishing

Billing pages should show the latest subscription, credit balance, ledger entries, invoices, and transaction records available for your workspace.
