See How Your Workspace Is Being Used

Admin reports answer one question: is the workspace healthy? Use them to confirm people are actually using Brixi, roles still match the team, billing is in order, and nothing is quietly drifting.

Entry pointAdmin

Admin reports are usually visible only to workspace owners, admins, finance owners, or operations users with reporting permission.

Questions These Reports Answer

  • Who is actively using the workspace?
  • Are billing and invoices up to date?
  • Which exports or logs need review?
  • Do roles and permissions match the team structure?
  • Which users or teams may need training?
  • Which modules are enabled but not being used?
  • Are there failed communication or sync patterns that need admin action?

Weekly Admin Review

  1. Review newly added and inactive users.
  2. Confirm admin and export access still match business need.
  3. Check whether managers can see the teams they are responsible for.
  4. Review billing, invoices, credits, or subscription status if your role owns finance operations.
  5. Check communication, integration, and automation reports for repeated failures.
  6. Review scheduled exports and confirm they are still required.
  7. Assign cleanup actions to the right owner.

Common Issues

IssueWhat to check
A user is missing from reportsConfirm the user is active, in the correct workspace, and within the selected date range.
Billing details are not visibleConfirm your role has billing or account-owner access.
Report totals do not match expectationsCheck filters, date range, timezone, team scope, and whether records were reassigned.
Export history looks unfamiliarReview who created the export, what data was included, and whether it should remain active.

Work through the obvious filters first — date range, timezone, team scope — because they explain most "missing data" reports. If a report still lacks records after that, contact Brixi support with the report name, the filters you used, and one example record that should appear but doesn't.

If you can't open a report at all, that's a permissions gap rather than a data problem; another admin can check your reporting access.
