See How Your Workspace Is Being Used
Admin reports answer one question: is the workspace healthy? Use them to confirm people are actually using Brixi, roles still match the team, billing is in order, and nothing is quietly drifting.
Entry pointAdmin
Admin reports are usually visible only to workspace owners, admins, finance owners, or operations users with reporting permission.
Reports to Review
| Report area | What to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| User activity | Active users, inactive users, recent login or usage patterns. | Confirms the team is actually using Brixi. |
| Roles and permissions | Admin access, manager visibility, export access, removed users. | Keeps customer data visible only to the right users. |
| Attendance and workforce settings | Clock-in behavior, field activity, working status, exceptions. | Helps operations review field adoption and availability. |
| Billing history | Subscription status, invoices, transactions, and payment records. | Keeps account ownership and finance records clear. |
| Subscription usage | Seats, enabled capabilities, usage limits, and active modules. | Helps admins plan renewals or access changes. |
| Credit and balance history | Available balance, consumption, and top-up history where applicable. | Useful for communication, calling, or usage-based workflows. |
| Communication logs | Channel usage, failed messages, unusual patterns. | Supports compliance and support review. |
| Scheduled exports | Export history, destination, owner, and frequency. | Helps control data movement outside Brixi. |

Common Issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| A user is missing from reports | Confirm the user is active, in the correct workspace, and within the selected date range. |
| Billing details are not visible | Confirm your role has billing or account-owner access. |
| Report totals do not match expectations | Check filters, date range, timezone, team scope, and whether records were reassigned. |
| Export history looks unfamiliar | Review who created the export, what data was included, and whether it should remain active. |
Work through the obvious filters first — date range, timezone, team scope — because they explain most "missing data" reports. If a report still lacks records after that, contact Brixi support with the report name, the filters you used, and one example record that should appear but doesn't.
If you can't open a report at all, that's a permissions gap rather than a data problem; another admin can check your reporting access.
